Fomapan 100 Classic is a classic panchromatic black and white negative film. The film is particularly suitable for taking outdoor photographs and indoors in controlled light. The lower film speed gives the film a high resolution.

The film meets high demands with fine grain, high resolving power, good contour sharpness and a wide range of halftones. The nominal film speed of the Fomapan 100 Classic is ISO 100/21˚, but because of its wide exposure range, the film gives good results even at overexposure by 1 EV (ISO 50/18º) or underexposure by 2 EV (ISO 400/27º), without having to adjust the development process; without increasing the development time or increasing or decreasing the temperature of the developer used.
